Our website is an online gallery. When you want to purchase an item, please contact us via our site, email, phone, or Instagram. When you decide to place an order, please send us an email and provide us with your invoicing details, shipping information (when needed), and a telephone number.

We will reply as soon as possible with an invoice attached. After sending you the invoice, we will retain the item for 7 days for you. If the invoice is not paid within this timeframe, the item can no longer be kept on hold and will become available for sale again.

When we receive your payment, we start preparing your shipment when we agree on shipping, or we make an appointment for pick up. Please note that all shown prices exclude shipping.

All the prices in our shop are without shipping or delivery costs, but pricing for delivery can be given in advance of your purchase. We can arrange shipping services for the buyer and operate as an intermediate between the buyer and the shipping company.

Please email us for delivery quotes and to coordinate delivery. The buyer bears all risks and costs related to shipments. Items will be insured with shipping carriers, and is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim should an item go missing or become damaged during shipment.

However, we will do our utmost best to protect the sold items by using quality wrapping materials. Nonetheless, we advise the buyer to insure their shipments.

We are based in Antwerp, so certain local deliveries can be taken care of by ourselves against a predetermined shipping rate.

We only accept bank transfers or cash payments. All payments must be made in Euros.

The buyer is responsible for local import duties, taxes, exchange rate differences, or other bank costs.

Sold items must be picked up within 7 days after we receive your payment. If additional time is needed, all requests must be coordinated with us.

If you come to pick up the pieces, make sure you take a blanket (per example) to protect your pieces during transport.

We strive to sell vintage in as best of condition as possible and condition will always be written in the description. If possible you are always welcome in our warehouse to test and view the items.

Our store is mainly focussed online. But we do have a warehouse in Antwerp. It is possible to visit the warehouse after an appointment. If possible we always suggest taking a look at the item. Just send us an email or message on Instagram.

We strive to sell vintage in as best of condition as possible. Some vintage pieces show signs of wear that are consistent with age. The condition of each item may vary accordingly and are sold as is. Once an order is fulfilled we cannot cancel the order.

Most of our furniture is available for rent for photo or video shoots or events.

The rental fee is 25% of the retail cost for 3 days. There are additional charges for longer rentals. Renters will be charged for the full retail amount of rented items before pickup and refunded 75% when they are returned in the same condition. We do not provide delivery or blankets for rentals, and we do not wrap furniture for rentals.

Please only send professional movers with blankets and wraps and at least two people for oversized items. Email us for a quote or for any other inquiries.
